In March 2008 we decided to stay in Shanghai and study Chinese at the university, Jiatong Daxue, 上海交通大学. For our six first months we were full-time students so we had plenty of time to do other things. At that time,we had two pregnant classmates so since we had so much trouble finding cute, organic baby clothes in China, we decided to make them ourselves. So we painted them t-shirts with jokes and sentences in Chinese. They loved them, the word spread and we were soon painting t-shirts made to order.

En marzo del 2008 decidimos quedarnos en Shanghai a estudiar chino en la Universidad Jiatong, 上海交通大学. Durante los primeros seis meses fuimos estudiantes a tiempo completo, así que a parte de estudiar teníamos también tiempo para hacer otras cosas. Dos de nuestras compañeras de clase estaban embarazadas, y después de buscar muchos regalos y desesperarnos ante la poca personalidad de la cosas que encontrábamos, decidimos pintarles unas camisetitas con frases en chino y bromas comunes. Les encantaron, se extendió la voz y empezamos a recibir pedidos y a pintar camisetitas de bebé por las tardes.
